摘要
目的 探讨GR 10 0T/GR 2 0 0A双元件热释光剂量计 (TLD)在个人剂量监测中的实用性。方法 使用RGD 3B和UD 5 12A热释光剂量仪、GR 10 0T和GR 2 0 0A元件等进行相关实验分析。结果 GR 10 0T/GR 2 0 0A双元件TLD能鉴别出 3 0~ 12 5 0keV的光子能量 ,并可测量出几 μGy的低水平剂量 ;有 0 1mmCu过滤时 ,该TLD中GR 10 0T/GR 2 0 0A相对能量响应比值几乎呈线性下降 ,在 3 0~ 40keV能量范围内由 19 5降低到 13 5 ,对低能范围光子能量的估算非常灵敏。结论 该TLD能实现能量鉴别和低水平Hp(d)测量的双重目的 ,其成本低、组合方便 ,在个人剂量监测中有一定的实用性。
Objective To study the practicability of GR-100T/GR-200A double-element thermoluminescence dosimeter used in personal dose monitoring. Methods RGD-3B and UD-512A thermoluminescence reader, several kinds of materials such as GR-100T and GR-200A elements were betaken in these studies. Results Photon energy at 30- 1 250 keV could be identified by means of the double-element TLD, and the effect of the TLD was also shown in the monitoring of low dose level field, which was even at several μGy. It was shown that the ratio of the relative energy response is dropping from 19.5 to 13.5 at the range of 30-40keV after GR-200A of the TLD was filted with 0.1 mm Cu.Then, its sensitivity could be embodied completely in energy identifying. Conclusion GR-100T/GR-200A double-element TLD is very practical in personal dose monitoring for its credibility in both energy identifying and low-level Hp(d) measuring, low cost and convenience in assembly.
