摘要
目的 研究一种能在短时间内直接测出结果的便携式数字粉尘测定仪,以满足职业卫生和环境监测工作的需要。方法 采用微电脑控制石英晶体微天平技术测定粉尘,并与传统滤膜法测尘作比较。结果 研制的FC-2038型直读式快速粉尘测定仪具有单次测定、周期测定和动态测定功能;仪器分辨率为0.01 mg/m3;示值范围为0.00-99.99mg/m3;可外接标准打印机打印测量结果;解决了易受潮湿干扰的难题,实现了探头自动清洗;所测结果与滤膜法基本一致。结论 FC-2038型粉尘测定仪具有测量快速、使用方便、结果准确等特点,适用于职业卫生和环境监测工作的需要。
Objective To develop a portable digital instrument that can directly measure the dust concentration in a short time to meet the requirements of occupational health and environment monitoring. Methods With the technic of micro-computer controlled quartz crystal microbalances( QCM), dust concentration was detected and then the results were compared with those detected by the traditional filter method. Results A Model FC-2038 direct-reading fast dust detector was developed and could be used in a single, periodical and dynamic detection. Its resolution was 0.01 mg/m3 and its reading range 0.00-99.99 mg/m3 . It could be linked with a standard printer to print the results. It also had the properties of dampproof and auto cleaning of the deleting head. The results from this instrument basically paralleled with those detected by the traditional filter method. Conclusion Model FC-2038 direct-reading fast dust detector is a instrument of fast detecting, convenient and accurate, which can meet the requirements of occupational health and environment monitoring.
