摘要 目的 观察三氯乙烯对NIH小鼠染毒后免疫功能的变化。方法 给予NIH小鼠皮下三氯乙烯染毒后研究胸腺、脾、肝脏等脏器系数变化情况、进行足跖肿胀实验、脾细胞转化实验等。结果 三氨乙烯染毒小鼠胸腺、脾脏器系数未见明显变化。24 h、48 h时小鼠足跖肿胀系数明显高于溶剂对照组。80 mg/L三氯乙烯可抑制溶剂对照组脾淋巴细胞的增殖,但可促进三氯乙烯染毒组脾淋巴细胞增殖。结论 三氯乙烯可能诱导NIH小鼠产生迟发性变态反应。 Objective To observe the immune changes in NIH mice induced by trichloroethylene(TCE). Methods NIH mice were given TCE injection subcutaneously. Organ coefficients of thymus, spleen and liver were measured in addition to plantar swelling test and lymphopoiesis test. Results There was no obvious changes in organ coefficients of thymus, spleen and liver. Plantar swelling of the treated mice at 24 hours and 48 hours were remarkably higher than those of the solvent controls separately. When TCE concentration was 80 mg/L, splenocyte proliferation could be inhibited in the solvent control group, but it was promoted in the treated groups. Conclusion TCE may related to the induction of the delayed type hypersensitivity in NTH mice.
