摘要
目的 探讨宝石工矽肺肺功能受损情况。方法 对53例宝石工矽肺患者和94名对照组分别做肺功能测定分析。结果 宝石工矽肺患者肺功能各项指标(VC、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、FEF25-75、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75、MVV)均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);Ⅰ期矽肺病人肺功能指标除最大呼气流速(PEF)外均明显高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ期病人(P<0.05);Ⅱ期肺功能指标高于Ⅲ期的有:最大呼气中段流速(FEF25-75)、最大呼气25%肺活量的瞬间流速(FEF25)、最大呼气50%肺活量的瞬间流速(FEF50)、最大呼气75%肺活量的瞬间流速(FEF75)、通气功能和小气道功能异常率分别为58.49%和54.72%,对照组为0和6.38%(P<0.01);混合性通气功能损害占70.97%。结论 宝石工矽肺患者肺功能损伤明显,且随矽肺期男1增加而加重,损伤类型以混合性为主。
Objective To explor the damaging pulmonary functions of the gem s silicosis. Methods The pulmonary functions were tested in 53 male gem's silicosis and 94 male workers served as the control group. Results It showed that the pulmonary functional indexes(VC,FYC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,FEF25-755,FEF25,FEF50,FEF75,MVV) in the gem's silicosis sufferers were obviously lower than those in the control group( P < 0.01) , In the stage Ⅰ , except PEF, the pulmonary functional indexes were obviously higher than those in the stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05 or P<0.01);In the stage Ⅱ , the indexes such as FEF25-75,FEF25,FEF50,FEF75 were higher than those in the Ⅲ . The abnormal rate of lung ventilation function and the small respiratory tract function in the silicosis group were 58.49 and 54.72, and those in the control group being 0 and 6.38. The percentage of the mixedly demaged lung ventilation was 70.97. Conclusion The pulmonary functions of the gem s silicosis were demaged obviously, and when the silicosis stages increased, the damaging types of the pulmonary functions changed to be mixed.
