摘要
用AAS法研究了加磁前后的家兔和小鼠血清中锌、铜含量的变化。结果表明,家免加磁16天后血清中锌较加磁前无显著差异(P>0.05),而血清中铜则显著降低(P<0.05);小鼠加磁16天后,血清中锌、铜较对照组均有明显的降低(P<0.01)。
The change of zinc and copper in rabbit and rat's serum before and after magnetizing is studied with AAS. The results show that 16 days later, after magnetizing of rabbit, there is no notable difference of zinc in serum ( P>0.05), but copper in serum is reduced greatly (P<0.05). On the other hand 16 days later, after magnetizing of rat, zinc and copper are both reduced greatly compared to the contrast group ( P<0.01).
