岭澳核电站循环冷却水泵电动机故障原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 针对岭澳核电站2号机组1号循环水泵电动机(2CRF001MO)发生两相短路故障事件,采用RCA方法(根本原因分析)对相关系统设备进行了调查和试验,对可能存在的故障模式排查、论证和分析,指出了电动机匝间绝缘存在制造质量缺陷是此次事件的根本原因,并就今后如何提高电动机设备运行的可靠性提出了改进建议。 According to the two - phase short circuit fault occurred in the motor of No. 1 circulating cooling water pump of No. 2 U-nit in Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station, the investigation and tests using RCA method for related system and equipments are carried out, and the patterns for possible existent faults are checked, proved and analyzed. The paper points out that the prime cause of the fault is the quality defects of manufacturing in inter - turn insulation of motor, and presents the suggestions for improving the reliability of motor equipment operation in the future.
