正己烷对大鼠白细胞趋化性影响的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 研究正己烷对大鼠白细胞趋化性的影响 ,探讨白细胞趋化性作为正己烷毒性监测指标的可行性。方法 实验动物分对照、低、中、高剂量 4组 ,每天用正己烷灌胃 ,每周 5次 ,连续 8周 ,剂量分别为 0、168、675、2 70 0mg/kg。于 0、2、4、8周采静脉血并用肝素抗凝 ,用琼脂糖板扩散法测定各剂量组大鼠的白细胞趋化性。结果 白细胞移动受到抑制。随着染毒量增加 ,其趋化性下降 ;随染毒时间的延长 ,大鼠神经系统抑制症状的出现和逐渐严重 ,白细胞趋化抑制率上升。结论 白细胞趋化性可尝试作为正己烷毒性监测指标 ,白细胞移动抑制率可作为正己烷中毒病情判断的依据。 Objective To study the effects of polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemotaxis in rats exposed to n-hexane. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups by weight, and then treated with n-hexane by gavage at the dosage of 0,168,675, 2 700 mg/kg. Polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemotaxis was analyzed by measuring diffusivity on gelose plates. Results Polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemotaxis was restrained. With the dosage of n-hexane increasing, leukocyte chemotaxis reduced accordingly. Conclusion Polymorphonuclear leukocyte chemotaxis might be a monitoring index of n-hexane neurotoxicity and an index to diagnosing occupational chronic n-hexane poisoning.
