摘要
目的 对城市土地工程能力进行评价,从而使城市规划、建设等决策行为更趋合理。方法 在咸阳城市工程地质条件分析的基础上,利用大量调查统计资料,进行了土地工程能力的经济评价,利用GIS强大的空间分析和处理功能,构建出土地工程评价的多元信息叠加模型,编制了咸阳城市土地工程能力系列图,建立了土地工程能力信息系统。结果 利用该系统所编制的咸阳城市工程能力系列图符合咸阳市的实际情况,并与前人所编制的图件结果一致,但精度更高。结论 所有图形数据的采集、分析、处理过程均在同一系统中完成,充分利用了现有资料,避免了因数据交换产生的误差,节约了系统开发周期和成本,适用于中小城市土地工程能力评价。
Aim Evaluating the engineering capacity of urban land can make the urban planning,constructing more rational.Methods Based on the analyses of the engineering geological conditions,the economic assessment of engineering capacity is carried out by using investigated data and multi-information model of land engineering evaluation is constructed by using GIS.At the same time,a series of engineering capacity maps of urban land is drawn.The urban land engineering capacity information system is built.Results The urban land engineering capacity maps of Xianyang city made by this system accords with the actual situation.It is also consistent with the earlier maps,but its precision is higher.Conclusion All the collection,analysis and processing on data are conducted in the single system.It fully utilizes available data.As a result,it has a lot of advantages and can be very useful to evaluate the urban land engineering capacity of small and medium cities.
