栽培基质对巴西蘑菇胞外酶活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以棉籽壳和麦草2种培养基为对照,探讨巴西蘑菇在棉籽壳和麦草混合培养基中生长期间几种主要胞外酶的活性变化。结果表明:在3种培养基中,羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC酶)、滤纸纤维素酶(FP酶)、半纤维素酶(HC酶)、淀粉酶(amylase)和漆酶(laccase)活性变化趋势大致相同;棉籽壳麦草混合培养基中的这5种胞外酶活性总体上均比棉籽壳培养基和麦草培养基中的这5种胞外酶活性高;将棉籽壳和麦草2种主料搭配使用比用单一主料栽培巴西蘑菇生物学效率高,这与棉籽壳麦草混合培养基中较高的胞外酶活性有关。 This paper discussed the activities of some kinds of extracellular enzymes from Agaricus blazei cultivated on the mixed compost of cotton seed hull and wheat straw, in contrast to cotton seed hull compost and wheat straw compost. The results showed that the activity trend of cmcase, fpase, hcase, amylase and laccase were about the same on the three composts, and in general the activities of those five extracellular enzymes on the mixed composts of cotton seed hull and wheat straw, whose bio-efficiency was higher than that of others, were higher than those on cotton seed hull compost or wheat straw compost, which was related to the high activities of extracellular enzymes on the mixed composts.
