乳鼠肺组织细胞培养的简便方法

One easy and convenient method to cultivate the lung tissue cells of the new-born rats

目的 介绍一种直接、简便并且成功率高的肺组织细胞培养方法。方法 用低血清培养液消化处理乳鼠肺组织进行单层细胞和组织块培养。结果 镜下见细胞生长情况良好 ,呈圆形或梭形 ,界限清楚 ,胞浆丰富透亮。培养的组织块周围有生长晕出现 ,呈放射状扩展。结论 采用此种方法培养肺组织细胞简便易行 ,成本低 ,成功率高 ,生长稳定 ,增殖快 。

Objective To introduce one easy and direct method to cultivate the lung tissue cells.Methods The lung tissue cells of the new-born rats were treated by the low-serum culture medium,and the culture of the simple cell and the tissue blocks was conducted.Results It was seen under the microscope that the cells grew well with round or fusiform appearance and clear outline,and the cellular plasma plenty and bright.Around the cultivated tissue blocks,the outgrowth of corona appeared and extended.Conclusion The cultivation of the lung tissues in this way is easy,and convenient with lower cost and high rate of success,and the lung tissues grew stably and fast proliforation,and subculture could be done.
