校长培训在校长的专业发展中将会起到越来越重要的作用,而我们不能提供富有功效的校长培训,在现有的体制下如何提高校长培训的实效性是一个迫切需要解决的问题,PBL(基于问题的学习)是一种关注问题解决、能力培养和参与性教学的模式,对我国校长培训模式的创新有一定的借鉴意义。

The principal training is playing a more and more important role during the principal's professional development,but we can't offer the efficiency principal training,under the existing system,how to raise the principal training substantial results is becoming a problem needing to solve urgently,PBL(the problem-based learning)is a kind of teaching model which concern problem solving,ability training and participating in nature,it would have certain reference meanings to the innovation of principal training to our country.
