延边地区FDI的技术传播效果

The Effect of FDI Productivity Spillover in Yanbian Area

外资引进必然伴随着技术引进,它通过跨国企业内部的技术转移和区域内产业间的技术传播,使区域产业生产率得到提高,促进区域经济增长。IreneBertschek的数理模型证明了FDI的增加和进口的增加促进国内企业产品生产工艺的革新和产品质量的提高。然而,在外资规模小且关联程度低的延边地区,通过Aitken与Harrison模型和IreneBertschek模型的计量分析,得出FDI没有技术传播效果的结果。因此,延边应提高外资引进效益,注重引进适合的高新技术及关联度大的外资,促进国内企业的技术开发。

The introduction of technology naturally comes along with the introduction of foreign capital. The technical transfer within multi-national corporations and productivity spillover between the regional industries help increase the industrial productivity and promote the economic growth of a region. Irene Betschek model demonstrates that the increasing of FDI and imports can encourage the innovation of productive techniques and the improvement of product quality in domestic industries. However, the econometric analysis with Aitken and Harrison model and Irene Bertschek model shows that FDI has produced no effect of productivity spillover in Yanbian prefecture, where the scale of foreign capital is small and its degree of association is low. Hence, Yanbian is suggested to increase the efficiency of utilizing foreign investment by introducing proper high and new technologies as well as foreign capitals with high association, and by promoting the technical development of domestic enterprises.
