摘要
为了客观定量研究针刺手法的特征性和差异性,应用安装在针灸针体上的力和力矩微型传感器系统测量了临床针刺过程中针体上的受力数值和波形,并对均匀捻转、均匀提插、捻转补法、捻转泻法、提插补法和提插泻法等6种手法进行了系统研究与分析。实验发现:同一施针者采用不同手法或同一手法在新鲜猪肉和人活体运针时针体上的力无论是波形还是数值都有较大差异,而不同施针者采用同一针法运针时针体上的力几乎没有大的差异。因此可采用针体受力大小和波形作为针刺手法的客观定量参数。
In order to study the characteristics and differences of acupuncture manipulations quantitatively and objectively, we applied a miniature sensor of force and moment, which was set on the acupuncture needle, to detect the strength and waveforms of the force on the needle during the clinical acupuncture process. Meanwhile, we made systematic research and analysis on the six manipulations such as symmetical twirling - rotating, symmetrical lifting - inserting, lifting - inserting supplement, lifting - inserting catharsis, twirling - rotating supplement and twirling - rotating catharsis. The research demonstrated: 1) both the wave-forms and strength of the force on needle are of significant discrepancy when same manipulator applies different manipulations on fresh pork and human body in vivo; 2) there is nearly no discrepancy when different manipulatos apply same manipulations. Therefore, the strength and/or waveform of the force could be taken as objective and quantitative parameters of the acupuncture manipulations.
