高能脉冲激光照射下不同生物组织内热响应的实验研究

STUDY ON THE THERMAL RESPONSE OF DIFFERENT BIOLOGICAL TISSUES IRRADIATED BY HIGH -POWER SHORT -PULSE LASER

摘要 采用响应时间为1μs的超小型薄膜铂热电阻温度计及日本YOKOGAWADL2700高速数字示波器,对微秒量级脉冲激光照射下不同离体动物组织内的热响应进行了实验研究。通过对同一动物体的不同部位组织进行的照射实验发现,肝脏组织的热响应信号较强烈,且带有较明显的非傅里叶导热特征;心脏组织的热响应信号较弱,非傅里叶导热特征也不明显。另外,还对不同动物体的同类组织的热响应进行了比较。结果发现,不同动物体的同类组织对高功率短脉冲激光的热响应与被照射组织的具体种类有关。 Objective:High -power short -pulse laser provides a means of precise excisions of biological tissues.This paper reports an experimental study on the thermal responses of different biological tissues i rra-diated by high -power short -pulse la ser.Methods:The microscale film re sistance thermometer with 1μs re-sponse time was used to measure temperature.The output of the film resistance thermometer was recorded dynamically by a YOKOGAWA DL2700dig ital oscilloscope.Results:The exp erimental results showed that the thermal responses of different tissues in a same animal differ from each o ther significantly.The thermal re-spones of liver tissue is stronger an d non -Fourier effects are more clearly observed whereas the thermal response of heart tissue is relatively weaker.The thermal responses of t he same tissues in different animals were also studied.It was shown that t he thermal responeses of the same tis sues in different animals are strongly dependent on which kind of t issue is used.
