摘要
教师的自我效能感是教师对自身影响学生能力的认知。教师的自我效能感影响着教育教学效果,影响着学生的进步,对于教师的发展和学生的发展具有十分重要作用。培养教师建立正确的稳固的自我效能感是一项不容忽视的任务。
Teacher self-efficacy is the recognition of teachers' influence on students.
It is very important for the development of both the teacher and student. It is an
essential task for teachers to build up their stable self-efficacy.
