摘要
简要论述了高校图书馆在网络思想政治教育中具有其他部门无法比拟的独特作用及其无可替代的地位,以及阐述了要充分发挥其地位与作用,就必须加强“五个一”保障体系建设。
The paper discusses that college library playes an incomparable and special
role in network's ideological and political education and stands irreplaceable status. At
the same time, the paper also proves that the key to give play completely to its status
and functions is to strengthen the construction of 'five for one' protective system.
