本文总结了1989年以来沈阳市区1000例儿童全血中常量、微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe和Zn含量值的研究情况。介绍了使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析全血样品中各元素的方法。

The present paper summarized the studies on the amounts of macro and micro elements Ca,Mg,Fe and Zn in the whole bloods of 1000 shenyang urban children since 1989。The methods for the determination of these ele- ments using ICP spectrometry were described。
