摘要
研究了发达国家和地区政府的投资理念,对发达国家和地区政府投资项目管理的基本原则、基本形式进行了分析,介绍了发达国家和地区政府投资项目的运行机制及监督机制,并在此基础上对我国的政府投资项目管理模式的改革提出了建议.
This paper studies that the purpose of fiscal investment in the developed countries and zones. The basic principle and management method is analyzed in the fiscalinvestment project management in the developed countries and zones. It introduced the executing and supervising system of fiscalinvestment project in the developed countries and zones. Finally,this paper bring forwardthe advice for the reform of management mode of fiscal investment project in China.
