三门峡水库综合调度系统研究

Study on the comprehensive operation system of Sanmenxia Reservoir

水库调度是水库运行管理的中心环节,是枢纽实现安全、经济运行的重要手段.文中引入SQLServer数据库平台,结合三门峡库区实际数据信息系统的自身特点,运用PowerBuilder和VisualBa sic6开发工具,采用面向对象的设计思路,开发了三门峡库区综合调度系统.系统可以存储水、沙信息,采用人机交互式界面生成优化调度方案,对库区科学调度管理有着重要的指导意义.

Operation is the centrepiece of a reservoir management. It will also be an important tool for realizing safe and economical exploitation of the reservoir. The paper describes,based on the SQL Server database system, the development of the comprehensive operation system for the Sanmenxia Reservoir with an idea of objet-oriented design using the Power Builder and Visual Basico tools, taking into account the characteristics of the Sammenxia existing data information system itself. With a suitable water-sediment information and friendly interface of between human and machine,the system can provide optimized operational solutions and this will play an important role in scientific operation and management of the reservoir.
