Determination of Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd and Y in Pure Eu_2O_3 by Controlled Atmosphere-AES

本文采用发射光谱法测定纯氧化铕中的镨、钕、钐、钆和钇的含量,并利用控制气氛和改变分析线的办法来提高方法的灵敏度。测定下限为x×10^(-3)%。

This paper reports a determination of the content of Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd and Y in pure Eu_2O_3 by AES, and the sensitivity is heightened by using controlled atmosphere and changing analytical line. The detective inferior limit is x×10^(-3)per cent.
