摘要
分析了活塞仿形加工方法中存在的不足,提出了应用压电陶瓷微位移驱动器进行实时误差补偿,改善和提高活塞仿形加工性能的方案.针对压电陶瓷驱动器的非线性特性,给出了对其控制电压进行校正的方法.采用所提出的误差补偿方法能够有效提高活塞加工精度.
The defect in pistons' copying machining was discussed. An error compensation method was proposed. In this method, a piezoelectric ceramic actuator is used. This method can improve the machining property evidently. To change the actuator's nonlinear property a revise method of the actuator's controlling voltage was also proposed. These two methods are important for improving the piston's precision.
