Development of Electroslag Single Layer Surfacing with Band-electrode

针对设计院对高压分离器采用不锈钢单层堆焊要求 ,研究开发了单层堆焊技术 ,较好地解决了生产需求 ,创造了效益。

For catering to the require to take single layer surfacing of stainless steel in high-pressure separator,the single layer surfacing technology was researched and developed.Based on the design require,the technology of electroslag single layer surfacing with band-electrode was adopted,the welding procedure of welding current&voltage,surfacing speed,elongation of band-electrode,flux thickness,magnetic field,amount of lap were also discussed.The qualification of welding procedure was acceptable,and the technology was used in the manufacturing of high-pressure separator after the success of simulation test.The demand in the producing process was settled well.
