摘要 基于风险的检测 (RBI)是西方发达国家近三十年来兴起一种追求安全性与经济性统一的系统维修理念与方法 ,上世纪 90年中期后在欧美的石化企业得到广泛应用。本文简要介绍了作者应用法国BV的RB .eye 软件及数据库在茂名石化对加氢裂化、乙烯裂解两套装置开展定量RBI工作的结果 ,对RBI在中国石化装置应用的若干关键问题进行了讨论 。 Risk-based inspection(RBI) is a concept and methodology emerging in the Western developed countries in recent thirty years which seeks for the unification of safety and economy and had found wide application in petrochemical enterprises in Europe and USA in the middle and late 1990s.In this paper the authors briefly introduced the results of quantitative RBI work conducted on the two sets of hydrocracking and etyhlene cracking plant in Maoming Petrochemical Corporation using BV′s RB.eye  software and database,discussed several key problems about the RBI application in Chinese petrochemical plants and proposed their suggestions about further development of RBI works in the future.
