叶轮机械叶片故障的叶间动态间距诊断法 被引量:9

摘要 提出了叶轮机械叶片故障的叶间动态间距诊断法,该方法采用安装在外壳上的脉冲传感器非接触测量旋转叶片经过传感器探头时产生的脉冲信号,通过分析脉冲间(即叶间)动态的相对或绝对间距,可获取叶片振动和叶片故障信息。提出了刚性叶片和柔性叶片的概念,分析了叶片振动和叶片安装间距误差对动态间距的影响。论述了叶间动态间距诊断法的基本原理、试验研究、实施步骤。试验及现场应用表明该诊断方法是正确的、有效的。 The of the blade faults diagnostic method is presented which be named the blade-to-blade dynamic space diagnostic method. It uses the pulse sensors amounted on the shell to non-contact measure the pulse signal generated by the rotating blade when it pass before the sensors Through calculating the relative time intervals or absolute time intervals between two blades, blades vibration and fault infonnation can be gained. At the same time, the can ception of rigid blade and flexible blade are presented. The influence made by blade vibration on the dynamic space is analysed. At last, the principle of experimental research and process of this way are discussed. The experiments and practice application have revealed that the diagnostic method is correct and effective.
