摘要
本文用ICP-AES法对钨酸镧激光晶体中的Nd进行测定。考察了磷酸浓度和基体浓度对Nd谱线强度的影响并对Nd的最佳测定条件进行选择。样品用磷酸溶解,以Tb作内标。回收率为94-104%,相对标准偏差为1.62%。
A method for determination of Nd in the Lanthanum tungstate laser crystals by ICP-AES is described. The effect of H_3PO_4 and matrix concentrations on line intensity of Nd have been investigated and optimization for determining Nd has been attained. The sample is decomposed with H_3PO_4, Tb is used as an internal standard element. The recoveries of the method in the range of 94-104%. The RSD of the multimeasurement is 1.62%.
