摘要 讨论了传感器、仪表利用软件实现线性化的优点及反向逆传播人工神经网络(BPANN)的构成.研究了半导体热敏电阻(SCTR)线性化的BPANN方法,并用MATLAB具体实现,得到了SC TR的线性特性.用插值法检验了该方法的有效性. The advantages of using software to realize the linearization of transducers and instruments, and the construction of back propagation artificial neural networks(BPANN) are discussed.The BPANN method utilized to realize the linearization of semiconduction thermoresistor is studied by means of MATLAB and the linear characteristics of SCTR are thus obtained.The effectiveness of the method is confirmed by serial test data combined with interpolation approach.
