摘要
通过对美、德、日、印度咨询人员培养范式的介绍 ,指出了我国目前存在的问题 ,认为应从加强待业管理、完善认证标准、调整人员结构。
Through a description of the model of cultivating the staff in the reference service industry in USA,Germany, Japan and India. The author points out the problems now existing in this field in China. Countermeasures such as strengthening the industrial management, perfecting the authentication standard, adjusting the staff structure, paying attention to training the staff and creating a good atmosphere are put forward in order to solve these problems.
