Evaluation of the Quality of Virtual Reference Service in Libraries

摘要 虚拟参考咨询是数字图书馆信息服务的核心内容 ,其服务质量的评价与控制应得到图书馆界的高度重视。本文通过对影响咨询质量因素的分析 ,提出了 9条参考咨询服务质量评价指标及 Virtual reference service plays a great role in library information service.Libraries should pay more attention to its quality evaluation and control.With an analysis of its influencing factors,this article proposes 9 evaluation indices and 5 improving strategies.
