摘要
取蝴蝶兰的茎尖组织作为外植体,经过2次灭菌后,接种到N6培养基上.在25℃,2000lx光照条件下培养2个月,即可诱导生成原球茎.将诱导生成的原球茎分割成小的组织块,经过1~2个月的继代培养后,又生成新的原球茎,如此反复切割培养,实现了原球茎的增殖.原球茎再经过生根,长出新叶,则分化形成完整的植株.
In stem tip culture of Phalaenpsis aphrodite in N_6 medium at 25 ℃ and 2 000 lx,the protocorm of it can be induced after two months. Then the protocorm was cut into several little tissue masses,and those little tissue mass can become new protocorms during subculture in one or two continuous months.Therefore,every protocorm can grow up a complete plant with the root and leaves.
