核素心室造影评价慢性肾功能不全对左心室功能的影响

Using nuclein ventriculography to evaluate effect of chronic renal insufficiency on left ventricular function

目的应用核素心室造影技术评价慢性肾功能不全(CRI)对左心室功能的影响。方法82例CRI患者按肾功能损害程度分为4组,行SPECT核素心室造影,测量左室短轴直径及心功能参数,与25例健康人结果进行比较。结果与健康组比较,除肾贮备功能下降组各参数无明显变化外,肾功能不全组PFR减低;肾功能衰竭组左室肥大,PFR减低、TPFR延长;尿毒症组左室肥大,EF和PFR均减低、TPFR延长。以上差异均有显著性。结论CRI患者不同分期对左心室功能影响不同,核素心室造影能准确、实时地反映CRI患者左心室功能。

Objective: Using Nuclein Ventriculography technique to evaluate the effect of Chronic Renal Insufficiency (CRI) on the left ventricular function. Methods: 82 CRI patients were divided into 4 groups by the damaging degree of renal function. All patients were performed Nuclein Ventriculography by SPECT. Measured the short axis diameter of left ventricle, the cardiac function parameter of left ventricle. Compared the results with 25 healthy persons. Results: Compared with healthy group, the results of the renal reserved function reduced group had not obviously changed. PFR of the renal function insufficiency group was reduced. To the renal function failure group, the short axis diameter of left ventricle was extended, and PFR was reduced, TPFR was delayed. To the uremia group, the short axis diameter of left ventricle was extended, EF and PFR were reduced, and TPFR was delayed. All the differences had significance. Conclusion: The effect on the left ventricular function was different when the CRI patients were in different period. Using Nuclein Ventriculography could reflect the left ventricular function exactly and synchronously for CRI patients.
