特发性肺纤维化患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞因子研究(英文)

Study of cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid for patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

目的研究支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolarlavagefluid,BALF)中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)含量变化及细胞改变,探讨其临床应用价值。方法用ELISA方法检测BALF中TGF-β1,PDGF含量。结果特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中TGF-β1,PDGF含量与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论TGF-β1,PDGF参与IPF的形成,检测BALF中TGF-β1,PDGF含量可作为IPF的辅助诊断指标及判断疾病活动的标志,对TGF-β1,PDGF的生物活性进行阻断,将是治疗IPF一条有前途的方法。

Objective: To study the changes of transforming growth factor-beta1 TGF-a1 and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) and the transformation of cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), to discuss their clinic value. Methods: The ELISA methods were used to measure the contents of TGF-a1 PDGF. Results: In the BALF of patients with IPF, the contents of TGF-a1, PDGF were significantly increased than those in normal control subjects (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: TGF-a1 and PDGF are involved in formation of IPF, to measure the contents of TGF-a1 PDGF could be helpful to diagnosis of IPF and act as the markers of activity of disease; to block the biologic activity of TGF-a1 PDGF may be of a great future as a treatment for IPF.
