Method for extracting and purifying total flavones from Herba Epimedii

目的建立中药淫羊藿总黄酮的精制方法和质量控制标准。方法以淫羊藿苷的含量为指标,应用正交试验设计筛选淫羊藿总黄酮的最佳精制工艺;分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果分光光度法测定提取产物中主要活性成分淫羊藿总黄酮的含量平均为54%以上。结论本研究所建立的淫羊藿总黄酮提取工艺及质量控制方法切实可行、成本低廉。

Objective: To set up a method and a standard of quality for extracting and purifying flavones from Herba Epimedii. Methods: The solvent extracting and column chromatography separation were used to obtain the total flavones. Spectrophotometry was used to measure total content of flavones. Results: The content of total flavones was 54% in the extracted samples. Conclusions: A highly practicable and simple method and a standard of quality are established for extracting and purifying flavones from the Herba Epimedii.
