摘要 本文应用电感耦合等离子体光谱法(简称 ICP-AES)同时测定植物中十八种元素。用干灰化法制备待测液。选用了仪器最佳折衷条件。并采用了干扰等效浓度消除光谱干扰。本法的准确度与精密度均达到满意的结果。方法简便、快速。 This paper deals with the application of inductively coupled plasma-ato mic emission spectroscopy (abbr. ICP-AES) method to determine 18 elements in plants simultaneously. The preparation of the test liquid is using dry ashing method. The optimum compromise conditions of the equipments are selected for the test elements, adopted the interference equivalent concentration method for the elimination of spectral interference. This method has the high accuracy and high precision and achieved the very satisfactory results. It is a simple and quick method.
