摘要
采用成熟的湍流和颗粒模型,即基于欧拉系下的K-ε双方程模型和把颗粒相作为连续介质,部分地考虑颗粒相对流体运动影响的无滑移模型,根据这种百叶窗的使用条件设定参数值,模拟出含尘气流穿过它时的过滤特性。计算了V型百叶窗过滤器中气固两相流动,从而揭示了其内部气相压力场的分布与颗粒相浓度场的基本特征,并将模拟结果和试验结果作了初步的比较和误差分析,从而有力地阐明了利用CFD技术在工程设计实施前或产品生产(改造)前预测方案的实际效果与产品性能的可行性。
Well-established turbulence and particle computational modes were used to calculate the gas-solid two-phase flow in a V-baffle louver filter in this paper.Results demonstrated that the distribution of internal gas-phase pressure and the basic characteristics of particle-phase concentration fields, which clarified the viability of CFD technique application in predictions of performance and effectiveness of projects and products.
