At present in the developing countries,including China,talents are flowing away heavily very much. At Deng Xiaoping's 100th birthday,our country raised “Strengthening country on talent' strategy firstly. This article will attempt to discuss “Strengthening country on talent' strategy which will inherit and develop Deng Xiaoping's talent theory with respecting knowledge,respecting talent,finding and choosing talent,establishing the standard of talent and so on.
