On the Relationship between the Science and Technology and the Continuous Development

可持续发展是人类面临的重大课题 ,而科学技术既在可持续发展中起到不可替代的作用 ,同时 ,又对人类发展有诸多的负面影响 ,人类应该在利用科学技术的同时 ,尽量避免其不利的一面 ,发展全新的科学技术以满足人类可持续发展的需要。

It is an important task for human being to keep the continuous development. The science and technology plays unreplaceable role in the continuous development,at the same time,it has negative influence on the growth of human being. So we should make use of the science and technology,avoiding its passive aspect as much as possible,developing the new scientific technology in order to meet the need of continuous development.
