从 2 0世纪 90年代启始 ,我国高等教育呈现大众化趋势 ,高等学校同时趋向于大型化 ,形势要求高等学校整合分散的信息资源 ,以图书馆为基础 ,建立现代文献信息系统 ,在自动化、网络化技术支持下 ,改革办馆模式 ,推进科学管理 ,提高服务水平 ,有效地实现信息资源共享。

From 1990's,there is a popular tendency in the higher Education of our country. Colleges and universities are tending to become large-scale,being requested to arrange the scattered information resource in order to build the modern literature information system on the basis of library. So supposed by the automatic and internet technology,we can reform the library pattern,promote the scientific management,improve the service level and realize the information resources share.
