摘要
激光共振电离-飞行时间质谱技术(RIS-TOF)是八十年代发展起来的一种新的光谱与质谱相结合的技术。它具有极高的灵敏度,很强的选择性和广泛的通用性。因此,在超痕量分析中它将发挥重要的作用,形成一种新的分析手段,以解决某些传统的分析方法难于克服的困难。本文着重介绍RIS-TOF技术的基本原理、实验装置、发展现状和应用前景。
This paper reviews a new analytical method——RIS-TOF technique. The principal advantages of this technique are high sensitivity, high selectivety, as well as the possibility of directly analyzing the concentration and isotopic abundance of trace element in various sample. So it can be used in the field of ultratrace analysis. The concept of RIS, experimental set up and some important results are presented.
