机制构建:当前中国行政道德建设的路径选择

Mechanical construction:the choice of road for China's current administrative ethics building

切实加强行政道德建设是当前一个重大而紧迫的课题。从长远来看,行政道德建设的根本途径是需要构建包括正确的价值引导机制、系统的教育培训机制、科学的考核评价机制、强大的监督制约机制、完善的依法行政机制、有效的激励惩罚机制在内的行政道德建设机制。而这六种机制是互依共进、密不可分的有机逻辑整体。

It's a great and urgent issue at present to strengthen administrative ethics.In the long run,the basic way of China's current administrative ethics building is to construct correct value guiding mechanism,systematic educating and training mechanism,scientific appraising mechanism,powerful supervising and restraint mechanism,perfect administration according to law mechanism,effective encouraging and punishing mechanism.And these six kinds of mechanisms depend on each other and develop altogether,namely,they're an organic logical entirety.
