氢化物-原子荧光法测定红细胞膜结合硒的研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文用氢化物-原子荧光法测定红细胞膜结合硒含量。测定健康者30人,膜结合硒平均值为12.50±0.65ng/mg膜蛋白;原发性高血压患者26人,膜结合硒平均值为8.58±0.42ng/mg膜蛋白;冠心病患者30人,膜结合硒平均值为8.32±0.34ng/mg膜蛋白。测定结果表明,原发性高血压组和冠心病组胞膜结合硒含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。该方法的回收率为96.23~100.70%,相对标准偏差小于4.80%。 The present study was performed to determine the amount o(?) human erythroeyte membrane by using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. In thirty healthy subjects, the average of binding selenium in erythrocyte membrane was 12.5±0.65ng/mg membrane proteins. In twenty-six patients with primary hypertensin, the average of binding selenium in erythrocyte membrane was 8.58±0.42ng/mg membrane proteins. In thirty cases with coronary heart disease, the average of binding selenium in erythrocyte membrane was 8.32±0.34ng/mg membrane proteins. The difference was significant (P<0.01). As to the determination method, the rate of recovery varied from 96.23% to 100.70% and the RSD was less than 4.80%.
