241例胃癌的临床及病理分析

Analysis of Clinical Situation and Clinicopathology on 241 cases of Gastric Cancer

目的 探讨不同年龄和性别胃癌的发生及临床病理规律。方法 对我院 1998年至 2 0 0 2年接受外科手术治疗的 2 4 1例胃癌患者 ,进行临床分析及病理分析。结果 胃癌无特异临床症状 ,发病高峰在 5 1～ 70岁 ,女性发病高峰早于男性 ;虽然随着年龄增大 ,中、高分化腺癌逐渐增多 ,但低分化腺癌为胃癌的主要病理类型 ,且手术时 6 2 %患者已有淋巴结转移。结论 胃癌的发生、发展与年龄、性别有关 ,进展期、低分化腺癌为胃癌的主要病理类型 ;应大力开展胃癌普查 ,发现早期胃癌。

Objective To investigate incidence and clinicopathological pattern of patients of different age and gender with gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-four patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical resection from 1998～2002 year were analyzed.Results Clinical situation with gastric cancer were often nonspecific and the high peak incidence of gastric cancer was in 51～70 years;The peak of incidence in the female was earlier than that in the male;High and middle differentiated adenocarcinoma incidence increased along with age, but low differentiated adenocarcinoma was the major type of gastric cancer in each age group.At time of surgical resection,lymph nodes in 62% of patients had metastasized.Conclusion There incidence and clinicopathological pattern would have a close relationship with age and gender. Advanced stage and low differentiated adenocarcinoma is the major type of gastric cancer;Routine surveillance should be performed to find early stage of gstric cancer.
