Determination of 5F in the solid dispersions prepared by poloxamer and 5F extracted from Pteris semipinnata L

目的 建立 5 F-泊洛沙姆固体分散体中 5 F的含量测定方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法 ,检测波长为2 4 2 nm。结果 5 F-泊洛沙姆固体分散体中 5 F在 10 .0～ 5 0 .0 mg· L-1范围内 ,吸光度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,C =0 .10 0 4 A - 0 .0 10 2 (r =0 .9976 ) ,平均回收率为 99.4 4% ,RSD为 0 .0 7% (n =6 )。结论 该测定方法稳定、快速、准确、简便 ,可以作为 5 F-泊洛沙姆固体分散体中 5 F的质量控制方法。

Objective A UV method for the determination of 5F in the solid dispersions prepared with poloxamer and 5F was established. Methods To use ultraviolet spectrometry to measure the content with detective wavelength at 242 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.0～50.0 mg·L -1(r=0.997 6) for 5F. The average recovery was 99.44% with RSD 0.07%(n=6). Conclusion The method is reproducible, simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of 5F in the solid dispersions.
