CdS薄膜的染料敏化

摘要 用LB方法在电沉积CdS薄膜上修饰了PcCu单分子膜,并利用表面光电压谱对CdS薄膜与PcCu修饰的CdS薄膜进行了测试。结果表明,修饰后的CdS薄膜其表面光电压值提高约50倍,并且光电压响应范围由300~500nm扩展为300~700nm。紫外-可见偏振光谱测试表明,LB膜中酞菁环的取向角为45度。 The electrodeposited CdS film is modified with copper phthalocyanine monolayers by LB method in order to irnporve the photovoltage effect of CdS film. The CdS film and the CuPc-modified CdS film are tested by the surface photovoltage technique. The results indicate that the surface photovoltage value of the latter is raised by a factor of ca. 50, and the photovolttaic response range is extended from 300-550nm to 300-70Onm. The polarized UV spectrum is used to confirm the Pc ring orientation of the LB film, and the orientation angle of the Pc ring is found to be 45°.
