取样平均法提高CCD多道探测器信噪比

INCREASING SIGNAL-TO-NOISE RATIO OF CCD-OMA USING BOXCAR

应用取样平均法有效地提高了CCD光学多道探测器信噪比,当采样次数为m时,信噪比提高m^(1/2)倍,应用于实验得到了高信噪比的各种光谱谱图。

The signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of CCD-OMA system has been improved by using BOXCAR method. The ratio will he increased by a factor of m^(1/2) when sampling number of times is m. A variety of spectra with high S/N ratio have been obtained in our experiment by this method.
