荧光偏振法测定荧光素的荧光寿命的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用荧光偏振法测定荧光素的荧光寿命的灵敏度和准确度较高。在荧光素钠荧光强度最强时——激发波长490nm,发射波长515nm、pH值8.5、溶液浓度1.6×10^(-5)mol/L,测定荧光素钠溶液的荧光偏振度,测定不同温度时荧光素钠溶液的粘度,再根据Perrin公式,求出荧光素钠的荧光寿命。用荧光偏振法测得荧光素钠荧光寿命为3.4ns、p<0.02,与文献值符合良好,结果令人满意。 A simple, fast and relatively highly accurate method for the determination of the lifetime of sodium fluorescein is presented in the paper. Under the condition ofλ_(ex)=490nm, λ_(em) 515nm, c=1.6×10^(-5)mol/L and pH=8.5, the fluorescent polarity of sodium fluorescein solution was measured with fluorescence polarimetric method. The measured result of sodium fluorescein lifetime was calculated according to Perrin formula is 3.4ns, p<0.02, it is in accordance with the value in the literature and the result is satisfactory.
