摘要
本文设计的简易光谱电化学池适用于多种现场光谱电化学测定,包括红外内反射光谱、红外外反射光谱、拉曼光谱,紫外-可见光谱等,并且可与石英玻璃光纤束探头耦合构成光纤光谱电化学池。对SOCl_2、细胞色素C和水溶性金属卟啉等体系的现场光谱电化学测定证明:该光谱电化学池具有光谱响应灵敏、结构简单、适应性强等优点。
A simple multipurpose electrochemical, cell was designed for a variety of in situ spectroelectrochemical measurements. It has been used for in situ infrared external/internal reflection, Raman scattering, uv/vis transmission/reflection spectroelectrochemical measurements directly or using fibre-optic probe sampling. The results from the investigation of the SOCl_2, cytochrome and porphyrin in bulk or at electrode surfaces demonstrated that this type of cells has the advantages of simple experimental manipulation, high spectral sensivity and wide applicability for a variety of spectroelectrochemistry.
