Cephalometric study of normal occlusion for adults of Shandong Province

目的:测量山东地区成人正常牙合颅面结构的X线头影标准值,为山东地区正畸和正颌外科的临床诊断、治疗和科研提供参考。方法:采用X线头影测量方法,按照同一纳入标准,在同一供测人群中,挑选山东地区成人正常牙合68名,男性33名,平均年龄21岁,女性35名,平均年龄20岁,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片熏测定颅面结构均值及标准差。结果:获得山东地区成人正常牙合X线头影测量相关项目的标准值。结论:在颅、颌、面形态结构中,角度测量值及线距比的性别差异较小穴P>0.05),而线距测量值性别差异具有统计学意义穴P<0.05雪。

Objective: To obtain the standard values of craniofacial structure and to provide theoretic basis for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and research of orthodontics and orthognathic surgeries in Shandong Province. Methods: Sixty-eight subjects (male 33, mean age 21;female 35, mean age 20) were chosen strictly from 3 400 students at Shandong University, and their lateral cephalograms were taken. Results: We obtained the standard values of roentgengraphic cephalometry of Shandong adults with normal occlusion. Conclusion: The standard values of the cephalograms showed little difference in the angle and the ratio of linear measurements (P>0.05), but showed significant difference in the linear measurements (P<0.05) between males and females.
