2 0 0 3年 5月 ,广东省深圳市区级人大代表进行第四届换届选举。特区内 4个区中有 3个区出现了“非组织提名”候选人参与竞选 ,深圳的区级人大换届选举中出现的这一现象绝对不是偶然的巧合 ,有必要对此作深入的思考 ,分析由“确认性选举”到“竞争性选举”
On May, 2003, the 4th election for representatives of District People's Congress in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province was completed. Among four districts, three had candidates nominated by non-organizations. This phenomenon was not haphazard and called for an in-depth analysis of the internal and external driving power from 'appointed election' to 'competitive election'.
