大学在一定历史条件下完全有可能实现跨越式发展。新建本科院校必须走跨越式发展之路 ,我校实现跨越式发展也是完全可行的。我们必须大胆开拓创新 ,抢抓历史机遇 ,采取超常规的发展措施 。

It is completely possible for the universities to have a leap forward under certain historical conditions. The same is true and feasible of the newly-established colleges and universities including our school. To realize the goal, we shall explore and innovate undauntedly, seize the historical opportunities and take the ultra-conventional developmental measures.
