摘要 错误分析理论现已成为二语习得研究中的一个重要的组成部分。本文论述了第二语言习得中错误分析理论的兴起和发展 ,并将错误分析理论用于中国大学英语教学实践中 ,从实证的角度研究大学英语习得中语言学习者的语言错误 ,揭示语言学习者出现错误的基本规律和错误原因 。 Up till now, Error Analysis has constituted an integral part in the Second Language Acquisition research. This paper presents an introduction to the emergence and development of theories concerning EA as well as the application of EA theories to ELT in China. An empirical studyhas been made to explore the errors in language performance of Chinese learners at the tertiary level. In this particular paper, causes leading to language errors are discussed and some tips providedto ELT in China.
